Kharis Boachie founded Wells Tech Academy to provide full-stack AI engineering formation with institutional standards — live instruction, rigorous assessment, and honest career preparation.

Emmanuel Eshun is Lead Trainer at Wells Tech Academy. He is an information technology consultant, software developer, and technology educator with practical experience across software development, websites, graphic design, digital skills training, and structured technology education.

He teaches through clear explanation, live demonstration, hands-on work, and project-based formation — with continuous support so learners can apply technology to real problems, not only follow tutorials.

His practice includes custom digital systems for organisations — from operational platforms and websites to financial and education tools — alongside teaching learners at different stages of readiness.

At Wells he guides learners through practical projects in graphic design, WordPress, Python, and AI-assisted software development, with an emphasis on employable, portfolio-ready work.
